Constantly evolving, Pav\u00e9 has opened new shops and introduced innovative projects: pastry shops, gelaterias (ice cream bars), and breweries. In 2023, with six locations and over 50 employees, Pav\u00e9 faced a new challenge: optimizing business management. The goal was to integrate the management of products, orders, and costs into a single platform<\/p>\n\n\n\n
